Terms and Conditions Booking and Payment:

Full payment must be made upon booking. Cancellations: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Late cancellations 50% of the initial payment.

Check-in and Check-out: Self-check-in is mandatory. You must confirm via text that you entered the property. Please note, no contact is available after 11pm local (Croatia) time.

Occupancy: The property is to be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

House Rules: No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Inventory List: Upon check-in ensure that all items on the inventory list are present and undamaged. Any discrepancies on check-out will be deducted from the deposit. Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The property owner is not liable for any loss or injury sustained on the premises.

Use of Property: The property is for residential use only. Guests must respect the neighbours and surrounding community.

Maintenance and Repairs: Any issues should be reported immediately. The owner will address maintenance concerns as soon as possible.

Pricing and Fees: Prices are shown in the local currency. A bank transfer fee of 1-3% may apply, depending on your bank. This is a standard transaction fee that we cannot change.

Security Deposit: A 200 EUR security deposit is required at the beginning of your stay. This deposit will be reimbursed after check-out, provided there are no damages.
